We drove 45 minutes from Missoula out to Hamilton where Joe's parents live to enjoy some good company and home cooked food. We had so much fun, the only downside was watching the Jazz lose to the Lakers. :(

Sam & Sadie (Joe's Parents' Dog)Joe's dad, Tony, took us shooting this morning. It was my first time shooting & I was definitely nervous. We shot Joe's hunting rifle, Judi's pistol, & Tony's pistol. It was fun & according to Joe & Tony I did awesome for my first time, but I also had some really good teachers.

Rugrats: We are enjoying your pictures/comments on your trip. We are glad that you arrived safely in NC. Your Dad says that he wishes you were back in Missoula as he misses you both already! But the summer will go quickly and you by the end of summer you will be tired of the heat/humidity and be ready to return to Montana!
ReplyDeleteWe have been so busy here working on the yard, potting up flowers and planting veggies in the garden. Your Dad got a new desktop computer as his laptop was just not right for his photography work so a friend is coming over today to help him get it all set up and running.
We are still doing periods of rain/clouds/sun here with cool temperatures (downright cold the other morning as we did a 34 degree start!) but we need the rain and I have a gazillion things to get done in the house. And as you know, Montana is crazy as we do a few days of spring, a couple summer days and it's back to winter again!
So you two, have fun. Keep us posted on your activities!
